woof woof

time passes quickly. it's going to be chinese new year again. still remember the last chinese new yr was spent with botak head, but with a much slimmer body. as i grow older, cny seems less fun to me. in the past, i like chinese new yr so much. go so many food to eat, got so many hongbao. but now, i dun have a strong feeling for new yr. it is just like any other day, except no sch or work. then dressing up and visiting relatives, so whom i have not seen since the last new year. so, i have not seen them for so long, so naturally, i would forget how to address them, or even how they are related to me. I mean not those of my immediate family, but those distant relatives. one gd way is just to smile smile and then 'gong xi fa cai' and get away with it. but lah, it is quite rude to do so. so i need to have my parents beside me. they are like sort of my reference bk or dictionary. getting information from them.

food wise. CNY food doesn't seem much diff from the one we have been eating daily. i guess in the past, where CNY is such a joyous and a much look forward to occasion is because people dun get to have meat, fish, chicken much during normal days, so the occasion to indulge in such food would be CNY. but nowadays, everymeal has meat, fish, chicken (literally) and it makes CNY food looks almost the same. of course there are the indulgence food such as abalone that we get to eat mostly during CNY. i remember there was one episode of the tv show, abt the GIANT supermarket one, one contestant won 88 cans of abalone. wow. wonder how she is gonna eat them all. can go visit relatives n friends with 2 cans of abalone liao. and abt snacks. nowadays, the snacks are like available even during non cny and thus the food seems so common also. the one i am craving for the most would be 'ba gua', which i think is ridiculously priced. 1 kg for $42!!!!!!

just finished cleaning the house with my mum. threw away so many rubbish. didn't realise my room have got so much things. gotta throw some away, if not there isn't any place to keep them all. then it is on to the cleaning. i lift up my comp and was simply amazed by the amt of dirt under it. then one thing that is hard to clean is the keyboard. there are just so many dust trapped in bwt the keys. i think i gonnna clean my keyboard again. it is just too dirty! can't imagine i was cleaning the hse from 8pm to 12 midnight.

not gonna write anymore. wishing everyone a happy chinese new yr!! all the best for the coming year of dog. woof! woof! (i am thinking of having a doggie....)
