it has been a hectic week at camp, plus a hectic weekend. work is simply crazy and what makes things worse is tat some fuckers aren't willing to cooperate. shall not talk abt it.

meet up with cockster gang frm SMM yesterday. surprisingly mr aaron n miss elaine (or rather mrs ___, married liao) didn't fly aeroplane. went to k at cine. really a wonderful session spent with them. too long never sing liao. can feel tat i always cannot get the right pitch. must go to more k sessions! and must mention that we were laughing so hard at guo mei mei bu pa bu pa dance..... went to watch final destination 3 with aaron after tat. same old story plot. just different in how they die. some of the death are quite erm i should say say marvellous. i like the death at the gym. it was quite unexpected. can hear all the 'eee', 'woo','argh' from the audience. dunno why, i quite like such scenes leh. me becoming saddist liao. but seriously, plot is death but one thing is true is tat you cannot escape death. when it's time to go, one has to go. when time isn't up, even if one jump down from 100 storey, one wouldn't even die. and the movie serves me a reminder. be careful when going on a roller coster. check that the strap is tight and won't become loose. better still, have a manual strap that will be able to work even if the machine fails. and make sure no one brings any loose objects.

and then today, went to asian aerospace with tee. it was just too crowded. too many people. too many kids!!!!!!!!!!! if i were the parent, i wouldn't being a small kid to this type of event. having to stand in queue for a long period under the sun, how can a kid take it? and then they will just start fussing and make a whole lots of noise... and those baby carts are so in the way. dun they have a much better place to go to? wanted to go see the A380 initially, but the queue was like 2 hrs long. i was like forget it, it's not its last flight or last display. it's gonna be with SIA this yr and i am sure i got lots of chance to see it again. at least something that was satisfying was the aerial display, esp tat of the A380. i used to find the aircraft ugly looking but with the SIA livery, it does look stunning. wonder how the singapore air show is gonna be like 2 yrs from now......

It's valentine's day and there is nothing much for me to be happy about actually. I am reminded of this day the first thing in the morning when i tune in to 933. throughout the whole morning show, the songs played are all love songs. and then it lead on to duet songs. there is thus no reason to forget that today is v day. so for those singles like me, what we can do is just to treat it like any other day and move on with life, or mourn and whine abt not having someone to spend the night with.

i have this thinking. couples don't necessary need to spend big money and do romantic stuff on v-day. when i love, i think everyday can be v day. just like you don't only be filial to your mother on mother's day itself. somehow, i feel that v-day has become so commercialised. roses are selling at ridicously high priced. what meal packages for couples. gifts for couples. these are all money making stuff. perphaps, this was my thinking, a thinking of a single guy. like what steve said, when you get attached, you would think differently. it is the quality time that both spend together. it can be as simple as cooking up a meal at home and watching a vcd together. that would truly be a 2 person world (er ren shi jie). many people ask questions like, where would you bring your first date to. for me i would like to being my date to an amusement park, like disneyland. i feel that the amusement park is a place of fun and joy and through all the laughter, i can see the real her. the happy her. other than the fun, there is also the romantic side. imagine 2 of us on the ferries wheel, on a merry-go round (girls love this stuff don't they). i think that a whole day spent there would be great! too bad singapore don't have such a park.

these few days in camp have been crazy. so many patients, most are ck cases. time just fly by and before you realise it, it is lunch time. just like yesterday, we only had lunch at 2pm! and this morning, people reported sick as early as 7 am. siao! i just woke up and i haven even had my breakfast! and to make things worse is paces. the reservist guys were unfamiliar with the system and surely there are lots of cock up, so people outside have to wait. and they end up complaining and complaining, and me being in the dispensary, naturally ended up with all the shit! one guy was saying " wah lau, the time spent waiting is longer than the time seeing the mo". eh please, which camp doesn't have that problem? in fact, which clinic or hospital doesn't have the problem? there are certain procedures that we have to follow and please just wait! you won't die from waiting! seriously, some of the reservist are just so ... dunno what to say. come to report sick at 9 pm, expecting us to send him to plc just because he had flu... and some come at night to endorse mc, demanding to see mo. hello! mo don't need to rest isit? i guess some people can see my face was black throughout the morning.

argh! i am so sick of this and i can't wait for ORD!!! now starting to count with 2 hands liao.....

What a hell boring & sianz week. having to work after 5 days of CNY break. plus all the late nights makes me keep wanting to sleep in camp. now have to stay in liao. sianz. but lets see how long this gonna be. i am sure it gonna be for a while only.

watched fun with dick and jane. it wasn't tat funny as other jim carrey movie used to be. the story plot was ok, but the jokes just weren't there! it was in fact quite a bore...
