2 more weeks to go.....

haven blogged for a long time. it is mon night and i am not in camp. yes, on att c for 2 days. why? all because of the bloody blister that i kena during the 16km route march. the blister kena infected and the wound is now bloody red. have been hoping around the house for 2 whole damm day. don't think it gonna recover so soon.

16 km route march was sort of a killer. i haven walked until the stage i am going to peng before. it is ultimate shag! the march started at about 4pm in the evening. the first 8km march was in the day so the fun made me shagged. the night march was much more enjoyable, but the blister was making is so painful to walk. i kena the blister at the 6-8 km. then the blister burst during the 10-12 km part. it was fucking painful!!!! i can feel myself trembling from the pain after the march. i feel like a cripple at the end of the day. had to ask JC to help me carry my bag up, ask him to help me put bedsheet. THanks a lot to him! whithout him, i think i have alreadly been dead! whatever, i survived 16km!!!!!

other events in the 2 week haitus. finished the 2nd field camp which is the group section training (GST). basically the same as the first camp, fire movement but this time round we got to walk a circuit and then execute the fire movement. my grp was quite fucked up. still we got thru it. then towards the end, have to do arti drill back to the start point. and WTF, we had to start running from a spot quite far away, up a bloody slope!!! then came basic assault course, where we had to crawl in mud, attack figures. tat one was fun, but hell lot dirty. mud all over the body and webbing. then we got BIC the following, which is the battle innoculation course. there are GPMG live rounds firing above your head and you have to crawl through the thing. i initially thought the thing will be damm scary, but when i went thru the course, it was like duh! only a few pathetic rounds firing. not even simulating a real war zone. it was just that the leopard crawl all the way and back crawl when i come to the barb wire zone that is tiring. plus it rained damm heavily the night before, a 'swimming pool' greeted me at the end. downright dirty and even got sand inside the underwear. i dun think i wanna mention about the cleaning up part.

finally finally, bmt is coming to an end. for other ppl, bmt is just a short stint, but for me, it is so fucking loooong!!!! finally going to leave tat place. now looking back, tat place isn't as fucked up as what i used to think. perhaps i have become closer to my bunk mates, to my platoon mates that have made things much more bearable. still, i can't stand the long travelling time to reach there. praying praying hard to get posted to a good place!!!
